Azerbaijan's women's 3x3 basketball team starts competing in the FIBA Champions Cup held in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, today. Sport24.az reports that our team, which is in Group B, will first face Canada and the hosts.
The first meeting will start at 13:20, and the match with Canada will start at 16:05. Tomorrow, our girls will face Spain.
It should be noted that the winner of the tournament will get the right to participate in the FIBA 3x3 Champions Cup 2027, the FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2027 and the Olympic Qualifying Tournament, which grants a ticket to the 2028 Summer Olympic Games.
