Today, members of the Azerbaijani U-17 Greco-Roman wrestling team will compete in crucial matches in the finals and bronze medal matches of the European Championship held in Samokov, Bulgaria.
Idman.Biz reports that in the final, Ali Javadli (45 kg) will face Russian representative Umar Bogatyrev.
In the bronze medal match, Zohrab Safarov (92 kg) will compete based on the results of the matches between Moldovan representative Vladislav Vasylevski, Sagi Yaakov Mirel from Israel, and Robert Kovalkov from Estonia.
The matches will start at 19:00 Baku time.
It should be noted that the European Championship will end on May 17.
