Azerbaijan's U18 boys' beach volleyball team has completed its performance at the Eastern European Volleyball Zonal Association (EEVZA) Championship.
Idman.biz reports that the Ibrahim Mammadov - Muhammad Aslanli duo finished 5th in the competition held in Tsesis, Latvia.
Our team won against Latvia and Estonia in the group stage and Lithuania in the play-offs. In the 1/4 finals, they lost to the Latvian national team, which came second in the EEVZA championship.
It should be noted that our country was represented at the tournament by two girls' and one boys' team. Our girls' volleyball players stopped fighting in the group stage.
