A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Azerbaijan Table Tennis Federation (ASTF) and the relevant body of Uzbekistan. According to Sport24.az, the information was released by the ASTF press service.
A memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening mutual cooperation and friendly relations between the Uzbekistan Table Tennis Federation (UTTF) and ASTF was signed in Tashkent.
This strategic document, signed by ASTF Secretary General Konul Mikayilova and UTTF Secretary General Govharkhan Mugaddasova, will open up new opportunities for athletes, coaches and referees of the two brotherly countries.
The main essence and directions of the memorandum are the application of modern scientific methods in practice and the organization of exchange of experience of athletes, the creation of mutual training programs between coaches and referees of the two countries, friendly matches between national teams, joint training camps, exchange of experience in the field of medicine and anti-doping, organization of visits to specialized hospitals and sports centers, as well as cooperation in the development of sports tourism in both countries through joint sports events.
This cooperation will serve to achieve high results by athletes of both countries in the international arena in the coming years.
