Karabakh will play their first match in the 2026/2027 UEFA European League season today.
Sport.Biz reports that the team led by Gurban Gurbanov will host Iceland's "Vestri" team in Baku.
The match will start at 20:00 at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium.
The chief referee of the match will be Romanian FIFA referee Roman Jitari.
Note that the return match between the teams will take place on July 17. The winner of the pair will face the winner of the "Glentoran" (Northern Ireland) - RFS (Latvia) duo in the second qualifying round of the UEFA European League.
