The winners of the second stage of the "Baku-Khankendi" international cycling race, which started in Azerbaijan, have been determined.
Idman.Biz reports that the winner of the second stage, which started from "Sea Breeze", was Kazakh athlete Yevgeny Fedorov. The second place was taken by Swiss athlete Alexandre Balmer.
During the race, the athletes passed through Shamakhi and covered a distance of 193.3 km to Ismayilli.
It should be noted that in the first stage of the race, the Belarusian member of the Chinese "Li-Ning Star" team, Aleksey Shnirko, crossed the finish line first.
24 teams representing 20 countries of the world participate in the UCI 2.1 category race. The prize fund of the five-stage tournament is more than 50 thousand euros. The competition will end on May 14.
The final stage of the tournament will be held in Khankendi.
