"Baku" Advances to Semifinals in Heydar Aliyev Memorial Tournament

The final matches of the group stage were held today at the traditional international handball tournament in Baku dedicated to the memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

Idman.biz reports with reference to AZERTAC that "Baku" (Azerbaijan) - "Garabagh" (Azerbaijan) faced each other in Group B. The match ended with a victory for the former with a score of 28:26.

Thus, the "Baku" club qualified for the semifinals.

The international tournament will conclude on September 3.
