The second day of the Open Para Swimming Cup held in Brest, Belarus, has ended. Sport24.az reports that our country is represented in the tournament by Raman Salei and Salim Mammadov in the S12 category, and young Para swimmers Ali Veliyev and Murad Mammadov in the S10 category.
Paralympic champion Raman Salei won two gold medals, showing a result of 55.29 in the 100-meter freestyle and 59.17 in the 100-meter butterfly.
Young Paralympian Ali Veliyev won a silver medal in the 100-meter butterfly with a result of 1:03.10, another silver medal in the 200-meter individual medley with a result of 2:34.77, and a bronze medal in the 400-meter freestyle with a result of 4:52.14.
