It was reported that the seminar was organized under the leadership of Natig Bagirov, advisor to the ACF president, Matin Rahimli, the manager of the organization for referees, an "A" category international judge, and Abbas Shahverdiyev, a member of the Referees Committee.
At the event, the provisions of the International Judo Federation's "Sport and Organization Rules" (SOR) book, updated this year, were repeated, and extensive discussions were held around the rules.
