Muhammad Agakishiyev advances to the 1/4 finals at EYOF, defeating his Armenian opponent with ippon

Azerbaijani judoka Muhammad Agakishiyev (73 kg) defeated his opponent from Armenia with ippon at the XVIII European Youth Summer Olympic Festival held in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia.

İdman.biz reports that our judoka, who started the fight from the 1/8 finals, faced Tigran Sarukhanyan.

Agakishiyev, who defeated his opponent with ippon, qualified for the 1/4 finals.

It should be noted that Amin Mehdiyev (81 kg) also qualified for the 1/4 finals earlier.
