The Azerbaijan national judo team took 7th place in the team standings at the World Junior Championships held in Sofia (Bulgaria). Sport24.az reports that in the 1/4 finals, our team lost to Japan with a score of 1:4.
In the consolation match, our judokas lost to the Poles with a score of 2:4 and finished their performance in the tournament.
