A general meeting of the "Azerbaijan Golf Federation" Public Union was held. Sport24.az reports that at the event organized in the administrative building of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Rauf Khalilov was elected president of the federation for the next 4 years.
Speaking at the meeting, the Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov greeted the participants of the meeting and wished them success.
Rauf Khalilov, the president of the "Azerbaijan Golf Federation" Public Union, emphasized the importance of the work done for the development of this sport. Then, a report was presented on the work done in the organization during 2022-2025. After the issues on the agenda were approved, the issue of approving the Charter of the Public Union in the new edition was discussed and adopted in the new edition as a result of voting.
Elections to the federation leadership were also held at the meeting. According to the results of the voting, Zakir Ibrahimov and Anar Azimov were elected vice-presidents, and Kamran Gasimov, Zaur Ibrahimov and Kamal Ibrahimov were elected members of the Board. Elections were also held for the Supervisory and Audit Commission. Afag Zeynalova was elected chairman, and Nigar Ibrahimova and Samaya Rasulzade were elected members.
