Thousands of "West Ham" fans held a protest in front of the stadium in London before the game with "Crystal Palace".
İdman.biz reports that fans chanted slogans such as "Brady and Sullivan out", demanding the resignation of club owner David Sullivan and vice-president Karren Brady. Organizers have promised similar marches before every home game and have called for a boycott of the game with Brentford on October 20.
The protests have intensified after a series of poor results. "West Ham" has not won at the London Stadium since February and has had a bad start to the current season: 3-0 loss to "Sunderland" and 5-1 loss to "Chelsea".
The position of head coach Graham Potter further complicates the situation. After a 2:1 defeat to "Crystal Palace", press reports indicate that the club is considering his resignation. The club has fallen to 18th place in the Premier League and, according to the British press, Harry O'Neil is being considered as a possible successor to Potter.
