Croatian club "Varazdin" has officially announced the transfer of Rufat Abdullazade. Sport24.az reports with reference to the club's official website that a 3-year contract has been signed with the 24-year-old midfielder.
Rufat shared his thoughts on joining the new club:
"I am very happy to join Varazdin. This is an important step in my career and I am fully motivated to contribute. I believe that I can progress here as a player. My first impressions of the club, the city and the people are extremely positive. I am grateful for the trust shown and ready for the new challenge."
It should be noted that Abdullazade, who last played for "Sabail", also played for the "Sumgayit" club during his career.
