Toral Bayramov's transfer from "Qarabag" to "Bursaspor", which plays in the Turkish First League, does not seem good.
Idman.Biz reports that this was stated by Rail Melikov, a former football player of the Azerbaijani national team.
In his statement to Report, he noted that the competition in the Turkish First League is very tough:
"Bursaspor" is a well-established team. They were the champions of the Turkish Super League. Most likely, they are making good transfers because they are playing to get into the Super League. The First League should not be taken lightly. Compared to the Azerbaijan Premier League, there is a tough environment there. If one team – "Qarabag" – has been superior to everyone for many years in our country, then there are 5-6 clubs there that are fighting to rise to the Super League. Also, the stadiums, infrastructure and conditions are more modern. You have to travel long distances for away games. In addition, more emphasis is placed on power football in the tournament. Teams in the lower places play very hard to stay in the league. For this reason, Toral Bayramov is expected to face a more difficult test than in our championship."
The former defender, who once played for "Denizlispor", does not positively evaluate Toral Bayramov's move from "Qarabag" to a lower league:
"When I was the captain of "Neftchi", I had to go to the First League. Because the "transfer window" in Azerbaijan closed 2 days ago and I had no other choice. In addition to "Denizlispor", "Konyaspor" also sent an offer from Turkey. But there is no such obligation for Toral. He is one of the leading figures of both "Qarabag" and the national team, a universal football player who can play in different positions. It would be better for him to consider the offers of Super League clubs. Going to the First League from a large and hegemonic team like "Qarabag" does not seem good. "Bursaspor" is a well-established and formerly champion club, but it would be better to learn from Toral why he made this decision."
Rail Melikov added that it will not be easy for Toral Bayramov to constantly get a chance in his new team:
"Let no one think that he will appear in every match as soon as he goes there. Competition in Turkish football is very tough. If you prove yourself, you will play, otherwise you will sit on the substitutes' bench. They don't look at where the football player comes from and his past successes. I hope that certain nuances were taken into account in the contract. I wish Toral success in his future career."
It should be reminded that Toral Bayramov, who left "Qarabag", signed a 3-year contract with "Bursaspor".
