The capital representative has rented Vargas from Israeli "Maccabi Netanya".
The 26-year-old footballer will wear the "white-blacks" uniform in the 2025/26 season. Vargas has played 3 matches for the Venezuelan national team. During his career, he has played for "Deportivo Lara", "Dallas", "North Texas", "Metropolitanos", and "Maccabi Bnei Reineh" clubs.
