Maurizio Sarri has been re-appointed as the head coach of Lazio.
Idman.biz reports that the experienced specialist has returned to the Rome club after approximately 14 months.
Lazio finished the 2024/2025 season in 7th place with 65 points, missing out on European cups. Following this, the club management parted ways with head coach Marco Baroni. The 66-year-old Maurizio Sarri has been appointed in his place.
It should be noted that Sarri coached the Rome representative from 2021-2024. He resigned after 4 consecutive defeats after the 28th round of last season.
