İdman.biz reports that this was stated by Kenan Kerimov, the newly appointed vice-president of "Karvan", in his statement to "Report".
The team's former head coach thanked club president Shahmar Veliyev for trusting him in this matter: "I have served Yevlakh football as a coach for many years. From now on, I will do my best as a leader. We are trying to restore the former glory of Yevlakh football."
