"Our negotiations with some players in the team are ongoing. If there is any progress, "Kapaz" will inform its fans."
Idman.biz reports that this was stated by Adil Shukurov, the head coach of "Kapaz," in his statement to the club's press service regarding the team's latest situation and summer preparation plan.
The specialist said that they are currently in negotiations with some players: "In the meantime, we are also trying to attract new players to the team. We are trying not to make mistakes in the transfer issue. But we are watching the players' games in their previous teams.
There are players we want to bring to the team. An announcement will be made to the public about the players for whom we have made a final decision."
The head coach also spoke about the western representative's preparation plan: "On June 30, the team will start preparing in Ganja. You know that there are ideal conditions at the club's Training Center. The condition of the fields and the base is very suitable for us to train there. The fitness hall is equipped with the necessary equipment. There are appropriate opportunities for a player to prepare comprehensively.
We will complete the first 10-day preparation phase with a two-sided game. After a one-day break, the second phase of preparation will begin. We are planning five friendly matches in this phase. The training camp will be held within the country."
Shukurov said that the "yellow-blues" will test their strength in 5 test matches: "We will hold 5 test matches during the preparation period, the dates of which are known. We will appear on the field on July 16, 21, 26, 31 and August 5. Information about the teams we will play friendly matches against will be provided in the coming days."
He emphasized that the specialists who will be included in the coaching staff have already been determined: "The coaching staff has been determined. Assistant coaches will be Ilyas Gurbanov, Zaur Asadov, and analytical coach will be Elmir Huseynov. Vugar Mammadov will work with the goalkeepers. A physical training coach will probably be invited from abroad."
