"I am very happy." Sport24.az reports that these words were said by "Neftchi" footballer Ifeanyi Matthew.
The midfielder shared his thoughts on the 32nd round match of the Misli Premier League, in which they defeated "Sabah":
"I am very happy that we won. We will play in the UEFA Conference League. My most important goal for "Neftchi" came today."
The Nigerian player also touched upon the competition between him and his teammate Sessi D'Almeida:
"He is a very good footballer, I have great respect for him. He is a fantastic player. It is good to have competition in the team. We are a family."
It should be noted that "Neftchi" defeated "Sabah" with a score of 2:1 and secured a place in the UEFA Conference League. Ifeanyi Matthew scored the team's second goal.
