Georgina Rodriguez talked about Cristiano Ronaldo's daily life on days when he doesn't train with the team. Sport24.az reports that she made a statement to the Portuguese press about this:
"He wakes up at 6 a.m. and immediately does some exercise. He drinks a lot of water in the morning because he believes it is important to start the day strong and healthy.
Then he rests for an hour and a half and eats breakfast. The menu includes fruit, cottage cheese and eggs. Then he returns to the gym and trains there for two hours before resting. In the afternoon he relaxes with his family or friends. Finally, he goes swimming before bed, believing it's a good workout before sleep".
