FIFA referee Elchin Masiyev from Azerbaijan officiated his first match at the European Championship among teams of football players under 21 years old. Sport24.az reports that the representative of justice was on duty in the Czech Republic - England match.
The match, in which Masiyev was in charge, ended with a 3:1 victory for the England team.
He showed the only yellow card in the match to British player Elliot Anderson in the 1st minute.
