Scottish mixed martial artist Paul Craig has ended his UFC career.
İdman.biz reports that he decided to end his career after losing to Modestas Bukauskas at "UFC Fight Night 258". Craig lost by technical knockout at the end of the first round in the light heavyweight division.
In the fight, Bukauskas was more active on his feet, pressed his opponent into the net and managed to take the top position in the ground game. In the last seconds of the first round, the Lithuanian fighter landed an elbow strike, after which the referee stopped the fight.
Paul Craig has been fighting in the UFC since 2016. During his career, he has fought 18 fights in the organization, winning 9 of them over Magomed Ankalaev, Mauricio "Shogun" Rua and Jamahal Hill.
