The AFFA Appeals Arbitration Tribunal did not satisfy the complaint regarding Shahin Agayev, a football player of the "Lankaran" club, which plays in the Region League. Sport24.az reports, referring to the official website of the national association, that the football player's 4-match penalty for insulting the refereeing team in the match against "Salyan" OIK on November 16 was upheld.
The Southern representative was informed of the possibility of appealing the decision of the Appeals Arbitration Tribunal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne (Switzerland).
