"Barcelona" will build a luxury residential complex in Dubai under the club brand - it will be a mini-city consisting of buildings, public areas and swimming pools.
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the project will be a mini-city consisting of buildings, public areas, swimming pools and other amenities. Using the club's branding, it will incorporate numerous symbols reflecting the Catalan club and will offer the "Barcelona" experience even outside of football.
It is noted that "Barcelona" has already received an advance payment for this complex, although the contract cannot yet be officially announced, as it must be approved by the Assembly of Representatives.
This will be a long-term project reflecting the team's work under the leadership of Joan Laporta to identify market opportunities to improve its financial situation.
