The court session on the appeal against the verdict against kickboxer Tülin Alakbarova, who was accused of hooliganism, has ended at the Baku Court of Appeal.

According to the decision, the appeal was not granted.
According to the accusation, kickboxer Tülin Alakbarova was drunk when she beat a woman in a restaurant.
The incident took place in the "Burju Baku" restaurant.
So, Tülin came to the restaurant with her friend Sevda and two boys to relax. Tülin felt sick after consuming alcohol. Tülin and Sevda went to the sanitary junction together. When Tülin entered, Sevda stood at the door and did not allow anyone to enter.
At this time, a woman named Kamala, who was the victim, came to the sanitary junction and wanted to enter. But because Sevda did not allow her, an argument broke out between Kamala and Sevda. Tülin opened the door to the noise and punched and kicked Kamala.
The accused Tülin said that she was drunk at the time of the incident and punched Kamala because she saw Kamala knocking Sevda to the ground.
Kamala said in her statement that Sevda asked her not to go to the sanitary junction at the time of the incident. Kamala said that after waiting for a few minutes, she pushed Sevda to enter the sanitary junction because her condition was bad. At this time, an argument arose. Tülin came out of the sanitary junction and punched her. When she fell to the ground, she kicked her.
The victim Kamala demanded 5,000 manats from Tülin. He said that he suffered material damage because he did not work for a while after the injuries he received. The victim said that she complained about Tülin.
During the court investigation, it was revealed that Tülin was arrested after the incident. After being in custody for two days, a preventive measure of police supervision was chosen for her.
The Narimanov District Court found Tülin Alakbarova guilty of hooliganism and sentenced her to 6 months of restriction of freedom.
