The qualifying stage of the 3x3 Basketball World Cup, held in Baku, started today.
Idman.biz reports that the group stage matches in the men's competition will be held today.
6 teams will compete in two groups. The Azerbaijani national team will compete in Group B.
Our team, consisting of Orkhan Aydin, Amil Hamzayev, Nazar Guliyev and Kamran Mammadov, will play its first match against Canada. Our team will complete the group stage with a match against Great Britain.
Montenegro, Rwanda, Iran in Group A, Canada, Great Britain, Azerbaijan will compete in Group B. The Montenegro - Rwanda match ended with the victory of the former - 21:13
