The "Serhedchi" basketball team could not recover due to the mistakes made in the first half of the game against "Nakhchivan". Sport24.az reports that the head coach of the capital's team, Anar Sariyev, made a statement after the match.
The expert shared his thoughts on the match (69:76) they lost in the IV round of the Azerbaijan Basketball League:
"We played very badly in the first half. We almost couldn't recover in the 3rd and 4th periods because of the mistakes we made in the first half. I still believe in the team. I think we will play better in the next matches and show ourselves. This is a team sport and we have to make sure that all 12 players are always ready. Everyone should contribute to the team to the maximum extent. We will be even better in the coming games".
