Idman.Biz reports that Hakim Taghiyev (110 kg) defeated Russian Magomed Omarov 2:1 to advance to the 1/4 finals.
Huseyn Rzazade (48 kg) defeated Georgian Lasha Koridze with a score of 9:0 to qualify for the 1/4 finals.
Rashid Nazarov (65 kg) defeated Georgian Bidzina Jintcharadze on the quality of points (2:2) to advance to the 1/8 finals.
Nihad Suleymanli (80 kg) defeated Georgian Rati Revazashvili 7:2 to advance to the 1/8 finals.

Idman.Biz reports that in the qualifying round, Huseyn Rzazade (48 kg) will face Georgian Lasha Koridze, Rashid Nazarov (65 kg) will face Georgian Bidzina Jintcharadze, Nihad Suleymanli (80 kg) will face Georgian Rati Revazashvili, and Hakim Taghiyev (110 kg) will face Russian Magomed Omarov. In the 1/8 finals, Abbas Shafiyev (55 kg) will face Turkish Muhammed Yigit.
It should be noted that our female wrestler Simura Abdullayeva (69 kg) will also compete in a consolation match at the U-17 European Championship in Bulgaria. She will face Russian Polina Yefimova.
