Today, the semi-final matches of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Championship among girls and boys under 14 (U-14) were held in the sports hall of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation (AVF).
Idman.Biz reports that in the first semi-final match of the girls' competition, the "AZERRAIL" team faced "Momina Khatun". "AZERRAIL" won a ticket to the final by defeating its opponent with a score of 2:0. In the other semi-final match, the "Turan" team advanced to the final by winning a 2:0 victory over "Sharqi Zangazur RVK".
Thus, in the match for third place to be held tomorrow, "Momina Khatun" and "Sharqi Zangazur RVK" will face each other, and in the final match, the "AZERRAIL" and "Turan" teams will compete.
In the second half of the day, the semi-final matches among boys took place. In the first semi-final match, the "Nakhchivan" team won a 2:0 victory over "Sumgayit RVK" and advanced to the final. In the other semi-final match, the "Oguz RVK" team defeated "Baku RVK" with a score of 2:1 and qualified for the final.
Thus, in the boys' competition, "Sumgayit RVK" and "Baku RVK" will face each other in the match for third place, and "Nakhchivan" and "Oguz RVK" teams will face each other in the final match.
The third-place and final matches to be held tomorrow will be organized at the Volleyball Center of the GIN. After the games, the winners' award ceremony will be held.
