The Azerbaijan women's volleyball team has begun preparations for the VI Islamic Solidarity Games, which will be held in November in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
Idman.Biz was informed about this by the press service of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation.
The training camp is held in the sports hall of the "National Aviation Academy" volleyball club. 12 volleyball players have been involved in the team. The preparation process is led by head coach Faig Garayev. He is assisted by coaches Famil Agayev, Ziya Rajabov and Emin Abilov.
The team will play several test matches in the coming days.
It should be noted that the opponents of the Azerbaijan national team in the VI Islamic Solidarity Games will be announced in the coming days.
