The national table tennis championship continues. According to Sport24.az, representatives of the capital Baku, as well as other cities and regions, participate in the competition organized at the Shua Sports Complex.
At the championship held in team, individual, doubles and mixed doubles events, athletes first demonstrated their skills in team competitions.
The men's competition ended with the victory of the Baku-1 team. Baku-2 took second place, and Baku-3 and Shabran teams took third place.
In the women's competition, Sumgayit-1 won. The Baku-1 team took second place. Baku-2 and Sumgayit-2 settled on the third step.
It should be noted that the national championship will end on March 6. Distinguished athletes will be awarded diplomas and medals from the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan, as well as awards from the ASTF.
