Azerbaijani table tennis players performed successfully at the "WTT Youth Contender" tournament held in Tashkent.
Idman.Biz reports that Onur Guluzade, competing in the U15 age group on the last day of the competition, defeated all his opponents until the final. The member of the national team, who faced defeat only in the decisive game, had to settle for second place.
Jafar Almadadli won a bronze medal in the U-11 age group.
It should be reminded that Mehin Mirzabalaeva, who participated in the competition on the first day, took third place among athletes up to 13 years old.
