Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov held the 22nd meeting with representatives of sports federations at the Azerbaijan Sports Academy.
"Report" informs that during the meeting, the Minister provided detailed information on the work done in the field of sports recently, the results achieved and the tasks ahead.
Reports on the XXXII World Summer Universiade (FISU), XII World Games, XVIII European Youth Summer Olympic Festival and European Youth Paralympic Games were heard at the event. Information was also provided on the preparations for the VI Islamic Solidarity Games, as well as the III CIS Games to be held in Azerbaijan this year.
Presentations were also heard at the meeting on the visits of representatives of the sports community to the liberated regions, financial issues, awarding honorary titles, the activities of the National Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Institute, and the work to be done in the field of sports medicine. Also, reports were presented on the "Tadbirvar" (tedbirvar.az) platform and the social media activities of federations, and other issues on the agenda were discussed.
