An international conference dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Lithuanian Anti-Doping Agency (LTUNADO) was held in Vilnius.
Idman.biz reports that the Executive Director of the Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA) Tahmina Taghi-zade represented our country at the event.
The conference discussed the development and cooperation prospects of anti-doping organizations, organizational transformation based on the Adizes methodology, and the relationship between sports organizations and the gaming industry.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between AMADA and LTUNADO within the framework of the conference. The memorandum was signed by Tahmina Taghi-zade, Executive Director of AMADA, and Ruta Banyte, Director of LTUNADO.
Within the framework of the memorandum, both agencies will promote the deepening of cooperation in the field of anti-doping, the strengthening of scientific research and educational initiatives, as well as the application of innovative approaches and the exchange of practical knowledge. The cooperation will cover the processing of results, testing, education, research, therapeutic use permits and other areas, and will contribute to the further improvement of activities in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code and International Standards.
