An Azerbaijani athlete has won a medal at the "Turkestan Cup" in academic rowing held in Kazakhstan.

Young athlete Nurlan Pashayev achieved a successful result at the regatta held in the city of Turkestan. Nurlan, who crossed the finish line third in the final, won a bronze medal.
