Azerbaijani Para-Badminton Players to be Represented in Two Categories for the First Time at the World Championship

The Para-Badminton World Championship will be held in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, from February 8 to 14.

Idman.Biz reports that Azerbaijan will be represented in two categories for the first time in the competition.

In the men's competition, Ibrahim Aliyev will test his strength in the individual competition in the SU-5 category. Among women, Zahra Salmanli and Narmin Iskandarova will compete for medals in both singles and doubles in the SH-6 category.

Head coach Teymur Abbasov will lead our Paralympians to the tournament.
