Olympic bobsleigh champion Lisa Buckwitz has announced that she is running an account on the OnlyFans platform to finance her preparations for the 2026 Winter Olympics.
İdman.Biz reports that the athlete openly justified her decision, stating that she did not see it as unusual and that it is difficult to ensure a high level of preparation without additional financial support.
"This is sponsorship support for me. It allows me to continue my service in the armed forces and practice my sport in parallel. There is nothing abnormal about it," said Buckwitz.
It should be noted that OnlyFans is an online paid content platform where users get access to materials shared by creators on a monthly subscription basis. Although the platform contains content on various topics, it is more known for 18+ content, and some athletes use it as an alternative to financial support and sponsorship.
