The Azerbaijan Rowing Championship has concluded. Sport24.az reports that this was announced by the press service of the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation (ACRF).
The competition was jointly organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation.
On the second day of the tournament, rowers competed for 7 sets of medals in academic, kayak, and canoe disciplines.
The winners were awarded with diplomas and medals. Rowers who distinguished themselves in the competition will compete in the III CIS Games, which will be held in our country in September and October.
It should be noted that the rowing competitions of the III CIS Games will be held at the "Kur" Olympic Training and Sports Center. The Azerbaijan Championship also served as preparation and a test event for the CIS Games.
