Idman.Biz reports that the Baku representative signed a 1+1 year contract with Brazilian striker Luis Felipe da Silva Rodriguez.
The 25-year-old footballer last played for the Albanian club "Vora".
Luis Felipe previously played for the Brazilian clubs "Boavista", "Parana", "Kaldense", "Banqu Atletiko", "Sentro Sportivo Alaqoano", "Ipatinqa" and "Volta Redonda".
