Winners of the Second Round of the "Talent Selection" Tournament Announced - PHOTO

The winners of the second round of the "Talent Selection" judo tournament among U-16 teenagers have been determined.

Idman.Biz reports that 152 judokas in 8 weight categories competed on the first day of the competition held at the Absheron Olympic Sports Complex.

The purpose of holding the "Talent Selection" tournament is to form a healthy base for the national team, identify promising athletes who are candidates for the team, and form a sustainable reserve base. Athletes who are in the first 4 places in each weight category in the final ranking of the two rounds will be involved in the "Hopes of the Future" training program.
