Azerbaijan's Para Taekwondo national team will compete in the Turkish Open International Tournament. Sport24.az reports that six athletes in the K44 category will represent our country in the competition, which will start on March 25 in Antalya.
In the men's competition, Sabir Zeynalov (58 kg), Amin Aliyev (63 kg), Amin Shikhaliyev (63 kg), Imamaddin Khalilov (70 kg) and Orkhan Jafarov (80 kg), and Samaya Hasanova (47 kg) among women will take to the arena.
It should be noted that the team will be led by head coach Farid Taghizade and senior coach Yashar Safarov in the tournament, which awards ranking points for the Los Angeles 2028 Summer Paralympic Games.
