An open lesson on pumse and demonstration performances by members of the national team were held with the organization of the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation.
According to "Report", the event held in the park of the Heydar Aliyev Center in the open air was greeted with interest by the residents of the city.
Following the open pumse lesson held under the leadership of Etibar Ibrahimov, the head coach of the national pumse and demo team, the members of the demo team demonstrated their skills on the tatami.
Jumping kicks rich in acrobatic elements, agile movements, and performances presented in sync with music were greeted with applause by those gathered at the event.
The aim of organizing the event was to contribute to increasing interest in taekwondo among young people and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
