The composition of the Azerbaijani national team, which will participate in the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has been announced. Sport24.az reports that our country will be represented in South America by one gymnast in the individual program and a group exercise team.
Kamilla Seyidzade will perform in the individual competition. Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Yelizaveta Luzan, Güllü Agalarzade, Kamila Aliyeva and Sofia Mammadova are in the group exercise team.
It should be noted that 76 countries have registered to participate in the World Championships, which will be held on August 20-24. In total, 320 gymnasts, including 36 groups, will perform in Rio de Janeiro.
