Azerbaijani coaches Ayna Mammadova and Alfiya Mantova, specializing in the "Gymnastics for All" discipline, participated in the traditional European Gymnastics event – "4th Educational Long Weekend" – held in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
Idman.biz reports that during the training sessions, specialists from various European countries exchanged experience in the field of "Gymnastics for All", participated in seminars and practical exercises.
Participants were presented with new methods, inclusive approaches, as well as exemplary programs that can be applied to develop mass gymnastics in this field.
Within the framework of the event, representatives held discussions on strengthening international cooperation, as well as promoting gymnastics as a healthy lifestyle and popularizing it among the general public.
The Azerbaijani delegation also actively participated in both theoretical and practical sessions, sharing their experiences.
It should be noted that Ruslan Eyvazov, a member of the Technical Committee of European Gymnastics and the national representative in Europe, also participated in the event, which was attended by 33 participants from 15 countries.
