The next goal of the "Zira" mini-football team is to become the Champions League winner.
According to Idman.Biz, head coach Seymur Mammadov stated this in an interview with journalists.
The specialist shared his thoughts after the final game of the Azerbaijani championship, in which they defeated "Birbaşa Bakı" with a score of 4:1:
"We are happy to be champions. We have been dreaming about this for many years. This time, victory was ours. We didn't change anything in the team, almost. God just gave us this day. I can't say that we expected to win with such a score. The opponent is one of the most prominent teams in the world. Playing against them and winning makes every team happy."
S.Mammadov added that they want to achieve even greater success: "Our struggle will continue so that this championship is not the last. We will try to become the Champions League winner. That is our next goal."
