International futsal referee-inspector Elchin Samadli has been appointed.
Idman.Biz reports that he will evaluate the performance of referees in the preliminary round matches of the World Championship.
E. Samadli will be on duty during the matches to be held from April 9 to 12 at the sports palace in Druskininkai, Lithuania.
It should be noted that in Group C, along with the host Lithuania, the national teams of Northern Ireland, Bulgaria and Turkey are also located.
