"Araz-Nakhchivan", which will face Romania's "United Galati" today in the main stage of the UEFA Futsal Champions League, aims to advance from the group stage in the tournament.
This was stated by Mahmud Sadigov, the vice-president of the Nakhchivan representative, to "Report".
He said he believes the team will advance to the next stage:
"Of course, each opponent has been analyzed by the coaching staff. Suitable tactics will be chosen for them. Our main opponent is the host "United Galati". I have always believed in my team. Our goal is to get out of the group and advance to the next stage. I hope that we will achieve the goal. The first game is naturally exciting. But the team is ready for the match."
The club official also added that there are no injured futsal players in the squad:
"We arrived in Romania yesterday at 20:00 local time. We had a light training session in the evening. The main purpose was to get acquainted with the field. We had a good, intensive training. We have no injured futsal players. All 14 players are healthy. The team is fully ready to play."
It should be noted that the "Araz-Nakhchivan" - "United Galati" match will start at 22:00 Baku time at Sala Sporturilor Dunarea.
