The vast majority of "Formula 1" fans have justified Max Verstappen's constant criticism of the new technical regulations.
Idman.Biz reports that the four-time world champion called the new rules anti-competitive and a "Formula E on steroids."
Verstappen, who continued his criticism after the Australian Grand Prix, also made harsh statements after retiring from the Chinese Grand Prix due to a malfunction in his "Red Bull" car. He said that those who enjoy this race do not understand the real fight.
Current world champion Lando Norris, New Zealander driver Liam Lawson of the "Racing Bulls" team and "Williams" driver Carlos Sainz also expressed their dissatisfaction with the rules, but none of them reacted as harshly as the Dutch driver.
In a survey conducted by "RacingNews365", 78.26 percent of the participants thought that Verstappen was right and was simply sharing his opinion. 21.74 percent of respondents said that he should stop criticizing and focus on the development and reliability of the car.
Next weekend, drivers will compete in the Japanese Grand Prix.
