The first semi-finalist in the Azerbaijan Football Cup has been determined.
According to "Report", "Zira", hosting "Sumgayit" in the return match of the 1/4 final stage, won 2:0 and advanced to the next round.
David Volkov (27) and Jeyhun Nuriyev (88) scored the goals at the Zira Sports Complex stadium.
The representative of the "City of Youth" finished the match with 10 players. Nikola Ninkovic was sent off with a red card in the 84th minute, leaving his team with a numerical disadvantage.
The first match between the sides ended goalless.
It should be noted that the 1/4 final stage will end on March 5.
